We have also expanded the possibilities to integrate third-party applications with MyFeelBack via the OAuth protocol.
Target website visitors according to their frequency of visit
The way people navigate on your website says a lot about your visitors. It is very useful to push a survey on your website to collect data (client needs, profile information...) or to offer a callback.
Target you recurring visitors
A survey is triggered on your website based on the number of visits a user makes over a given period of time. This targeting can be refined by defining the relevant period, from the last 24 hours to the last 30 days. To do this, simply select the new trigger condition "Number of visits".
What is the aim of this feature? A visitor has visited your site 10 times in the last 30 days. It's time to start a survey to collect his email, and any information that allows you to bring it closer to your buyer persona and thus enrich your marketing database!
Target browsing behaviors with high conversion potential
The new trigger condition "Pages visited" is intended to trigger targeted surveys to visitors who frequently visit the same pages or types of pages.
This targeting can be refined according to:
- The period to be taken into account (up to 30 days)
- The number of pages visited during this period
- The properties of the visited pages
What does this feature bring to our customers? A visitor has visited an online quote page at least 3 times in the last 30 days without finalizing it. Trigger a survey and offer him to be called back by your best sales rep. Increase your business opportunities!
